A good plan has to work in real life.

I adapt training load to your work, recovery, how you feel and the time you actually have available, so you can train consistently and recover properly between sessions.

From our first conversation to purposeful progress.

Four clear steps: information, assessment, planning and ongoing coaching.

  1. 01

We get to know each other

You tell me about your goal, experience and available time.

  2. 02

    We assess

We schedule testing, review previous training and define the starting load.

  3. 03

    We plan

Sessions appear in TrainingPeaks and can sync to a compatible device.

  4. 04

    We adjust

Each week I review completed work, feedback and upcoming priorities.

Your plan travels with you.

In TrainingPeaks you will see each day’s session, purpose, duration and interval structure. Once a compatible device is connected, completed training data flows back for analysis.

What should you know before starting?

Short answers to help you decide whether individual coaching is right for you.

01Do I need a power meter?

A power meter is highly useful and recommended for individual power-based analysis. If you do not have one, we first assess whether training can be managed reliably using heart rate, perceived effort and duration.

02How many hours per week do I need?

There is no single minimum. The plan is built around your goals, fitness and realistic time availability. Consistency matters more than a fixed number of hours.

03How often is the plan reviewed?

Completed training and the upcoming plan are reviewed every week. If recovery, work schedule or race plans change, the next sessions are adjusted.

04Is a lactate test required before starting?

Yes. I use it to establish an appropriate starting load and intensity framework. Test timing and preparation are agreed in advance.

05Can I work with you from another city or country?

Yes. Planning, data analysis and ongoing coaching are remote. Lactate testing time and location are arranged separately.

06How do I cancel monthly coaching?

You can manage or cancel the subscription in the Stripe Customer Portal before the next payment date. A link is available in the website footer and on the payment page.
